The color associated with the brow chakra is indigo, or deep blue. As part of your meditation, try this visualization: regulate your breathing so that it feels comfortable, while thinking about your Third Eye. Visualize an indigo light shining there. Keep your mind on the energy radiating from this chakra for another five to ten minutes. The feelings of calm and relaxation should last for some time.
